Highbeams, Passing lights, Fog lights
None of these 3 lightings can be used together at the same time.
Highbeams, activated by the stalk pushed forward with the headlights on, resulting in the flappers lifting allowing the hid's to have an unrestricted beam.
Passing lights, activated by the stalk pulled back regardless of headlights on or off, resulting in turning on the inside halogen lights closest to the grill. The daytime runnning lights are in the same location with a different light output.
Fog lights, also known as driving lights, activate by a momentary button. Used mainly with headlights but can be turned on with parking lights.
They all give out great light but I drive on rural roads a lot and need more light! Rather than installing additional lights, isn't there a way to get all of these to light up together?!
EAS sells a eWindows module that will allow the fog lights to stay on when the high beams are activated. This is great! But is there a way to get the passing lights to come on as well with the high beams too?
I don't want everything to come on with the passing lights or else it would completely blind the one being passed as well as everyone else in the area. Also if the hid's were to flash for passing lights, it is bad on the ballast especially if they were not already on. I just want everything to come on with the high beams!
