Not debating you on your experience, however I assume you mean other indy's 'cause Bays labor rate, i believe is about ~$20 less than the stealer. Their rates on parts are also less....just my experience...You get what you pay for.

Actually chilli the quote i received from the morristown bmw was less than the bay diagnostics quote for parts that i need.
