Wipers

I guess Iwon't be able to anymore free wipers refill since the warranty is over! Any suggestions for a good brand? Or website?

You have 2 choices that are equally highly rated. The Bosch Icons or the Valeo Ultimates. Some people can find the Bosch ones locally and others buy the Valeo's from Tirerack with their ongoing rebate (buy 1 get one free).

Here is a good read:

Here is the Valeo - Tirerack link:

You might also want to consider applying Aquapel in addition to the new wipers.

Going with either aftermarket Bosch or Valeo wiper will loose the aero flap that's on the OEM wiper, which prevents wiper lift.

People change their wipers because they feel the OE ones are junk and I agree. The Bosch and Valeo's look virtually identical to each other and also identical to the new style wipers BMW is uses on all it's cars. Our old style wipers on the E53 are outdated technology and inferior to the new design, at least in my experience.

That would actually be great for those people trying to decided between the two.
