Oh yeah I can't wait to see the damage these will do when they come flying off at 90 mph. BTW, I like the template he uses. It's also used by the military for loading munitions onto F16's.

I would rec'd buying this product, or something similar.
Pop the wheels, buff off the crap, paint 'em. If one is really steady, patient and good, you could even paint most/all of "what is seen" with the wheels on, though it will take some careful rotation of the wheel. Or, do the expensive route and get them powder coated... "Covers"? C'mon, if they worked/fit and were even OK every profiling bozo in town would have a set.
