Transfer case leaking

Hey guys i'm new to this board and wanted to find out if anyone has has this problem. I have 2005 4.4 with 57k miles and noticed fluid leaking from the transfer case. Looks like it's coming from where the front drive axle connects into the transfer case. Is there a seal in there that would need to be replaced?

Yes i payed 20 dollar for the seal and a lokal shop replased it in 3 houres. Total 350 dollar in Norway.http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...er-engine.html
