Mods to 01 X5 lights, stereo - help with AEs
Thanks to all the DIY install pics here and those who helped with PMs. It was time to update my aging E53.
Here are a few mods I just completed: - Led tail lights with clear bulbs (zomkspeed and bimmian) - Led side markers (bimmian) - New projectors with angel eyes (trendgear on ebay)    Previous work includes adding Focal speakers all around- no pics, Alpine PDX amps and the BSW sub with DICE Ipod adapter. It makes for a very clean system that can be converted back to stock pretty easily.   I need help though- on the angle eyes, there are two plugs coming out of the projectors to power the angle eyes but I dont have the wires coming out of the car to plug into. What do I need to power up the angel eyes? Ok I found the remote harness kit. Its on order.
