Checked with my friends in india, an X3 which is manufactured in chennai India is costing around 100K US$ ..Dont know why the car is priced so much when it is made in india

the cricketers probably drive at the best Pajero's which is a $100k Mitsubishi Montero, a 4.4i X5 when sold last year with 250% customs duty was around $250k, now with the new duty structure since JUNE 2009, that segment is under 700% duty, so basically saying DONT BRING IN V8 LUXURY cars lol .... wish we could assemble BMW's here so we could buy them under $200k so from now only BMW's up to 2000 CC will sell , a E60 520i with fairly decent options is now $140k

btw major off topic Ashraful hangs out with some of my employee's , decent kid, drives a Corolla, FYI

I am from Bangladesh, not Bangal province of West Bengal , India. But yes we are bordered with India in 3 sides .
