I wanted to do the M3 with paddle shift but since my cars AIRBAG is not the round one, I didnt want to spend so much money again on the AIRBAG. This is will be an easy quick cheap mod. Great feeling lol !

Best mod I ever did (see link in sig). Just be careful with the steering wheel trim. After a year of ownership, the finish started to peel. Other than that, I love the thickness of the wheel.

Lightwerkz- I have an '06 4.4 with Sport suspension and OEM Sport wheel. Will the MSport fit on my car without modification? If you can, please contact me by PM at [email protected]. Thanks very much.

Thanks for the info and tips. Have ordered the thing from my dlr, who gives me a good price on everything, and the part comes from Germany. None avail in US. Two-four week wait. Looking forward to getting the thing installed!

The steering wheel mod is the one that I will be doing in future... just haven't been able to justify close to $1k for a steering wheel change (wheel + air bag in my case.)

But I had an X3 as a loaner with this steering wheel on it and just loved the feel.
