Got the trans failsafe code originally, but after resetting with code reader, I haven't seen it reappear since. I have checked the connections for the Park Neutral switch, and the gear range switch and them seem to be connected. PLEASE HELP WITH ANYTHING YOU FEEL MAY WORK. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Thanks for getting back so fast. I will give this a try after work tonight.

Tried it. It seemed to work a bit, but when I gun the engine 4k rpm, like to pass or merge onto highway, it still does it. Checked to fluid last night and it seems to be the color of used motor oil, not the color of the new fluid (purchased a half litre from the stealer for $28??!)
