Help! Drive Belt Replacement- Hydraulic Tensioner

Argh.

Lesson relearned last night- when tired and things don't seem to be going well--- go to bed! I managed to break a bolt trying to figure out the tensioner on my '01 X5 3.0. The right up (with photos) shows what appears to be a non-hydraulic tensioner for the drive belt. Mine is hydraulic andI don't see how the dang thing is compressed to allow me to get the belt back on.

Also, anyone have torque specs for the bolts for the tensioners to block and pulleys to tensioners?

Thanks!

Off to the dealership to get replace bolt.

Thanks for any help!!!
