Does anybody else's steering wheel click?

So the title really sums it up, but it's the strangest thing. Here's what happened:

The day after I bought my E53, I programmed the seat for my g/f because she's significantly shorter than me. I had her sit in the driver's seat and I turned the key to pos1. For some reason, I decided to turn the steering wheel to the left while the car wasn't running. You can do this, but since there's no PS it's obviously a little tougher. In any sense, we programmed the seat and all was well.

Or so I thought...because now when I drive the car, it makes a slight "click" when I turn the wheel to the right. Just one click, and only to the right. It's like there's (for lack of a better description) a slight lash in the steering. If I put my hand under the steering wheel around the column, I can feel the click there even more.

So, yeah. That's it. I've had the car for 3 weeks and I love everything about it. I can even live with the click. I just wanted to know if anyone else has a) encountered this and b) fixed this.
