Can Someone Diagnose this Noise From my E53...

Its a 2001 3.0 with 72xxx miles. I've recently noticed this noise when my car is at idle. Please help!

Does anybody have any comments or similar issue? Even a "Its still safe to drive..." would calm my nerves a bit

You need new Tensioner pulleys
You ok to drive.....but it need to replace ....

I'm very inexperienced when it comes to mechanics. What is the cost that I should be looking?

If you don't wanna DIY, I would say, purchase a set on your own, and send them to the mechanics, half an hour labor at most.

It all depends on what kind of pulley you want to change, AC pulley or alternator pulley...........
