Lubricant Brand/type for hinges, sunroof motor/rails

HI,
I was wondering which brand/type of lubricant members use on their X5. I have a 2001 3.0 and will do a pre-winter service to her.

Sunroof motor and rails (it sounds like it needs some grease/oil).
Hinges: doors, hood, tailgate upper and lower.


Any other spots i should treat.

I used a white grease on my range rover sunroof motor gears...

mobil 1 synthetic grease. for the door hinges use antifreeze coolant to keep from freezing in the winter
