Question Misfire X5 V8 4.4

Can someone tell me where cylinder 6 and 8 on ane 4.4i are located? should I start counting on the passenger side or the driver side?

You can find it by doing a google search for "BMW X5 firing order", it helped me out a while back.

What made you want to look? I only ask because once I got a ses light (ok ok so I put one tank a reg. gas in...) and the code reader said misfires on those same cylinders. I cleared it, put shell 93 in and haven't had a problem since. What happened in your case?
