Help Identify this hose? (Photo)

I am not sure what hose this is can someone help. It is located on the passenger side close to the fire wall. I need to know what part to order.

Vent hoses for the oil separator. VERY common failure on E53's.

See parts 4 & 5.

looks like the other one is completely flat too. You will need to change both.

I had this ptoblem on my 03 4.4 last year. Took me probably an hour to do that,,,save the money - DIY

Other items too look at.

Hose 12 (Oil return hose) in the diagram is probably gone too. You cant see it because it is under the intake. But I don't know how you would replace it without taking off the intake.

An if you taking off the intake, replace the cover aka (oil separator attached to back of intake)

Hose 9 is probably mosh too.

Yea been there.
