Brake issue :-( Help needed. Rotors or something else?

Noticed that steering wheel shakes when brake only
Also very noticeable when stoping down the hill
Car pulls to the left a little when braking if i let go steering wheel completely at fast speed,but it stops straight if i hold steering wheel
Makes sound sometimes,if i brake slowly at low speeds

I took it to the store they said probably the issues is that all 4 rotors are warped. Will it cause pulling to the left?

My calipers have been rebuilt at 70k miles,but now it is 84k miles.
Rotors have been changed at 65k miles,but pads were not changed.
