Replacing rear window motor. Any tips?

The rightside rear window motor doesn't work. All I hear is a clicking sound when engaging the button. New motor is on the way. Any tips in removing the door panel and or installation? TIA.

did you resolve this issue? Was it the motor? I'm having the same problem and I've heard that it is a broken plastic piece
