pana roof doesnt open after batter drain
after my battery died...most of my memory are still there like radio and seats but my sunroof doesnt want to open... is there anything i can do to get this going or the dealer has to do this please help

Turn the key to position 1, push the center of the sunroof button up (as you would for tilt) and hold it. The panels will go through the motions and then close, 30+ seconds. At that point it is synched and you are done.
This is the punishment we get for having a button instead of a crank. |

thanks guy's sorry for the delay in asnwering back i got the roof closed but it doesnt open and i read the manual its telling me to bring it back to the dealer...it said something about electric interruption needs servicing for panaroof

For me it was position #2 and then run the cycle that took about 1:20 minutes. 2005 X5 3.0i
