I don't know sound a bit unreal, 130 hp for 25 bucks, what do you people think??

It is a scam. Notice a trend here?

No performance chip is going to have any significant effect on a naturally aspirated engine, without extensive internal engine modifications at the same time. You can't get something for nothing (unless you are an eBay seller promoting fraudulent products)
