sounds like it to me. Why do you need to a new fuel system? What have they quoted to do?

That's $13,360 American. for a fuel system??? Way freakin expensive. I would take it to a few shops to verify that. You can get a whole new rebuilt engine for $8,000 I believe (or am I wrong on that?)
