Invision Headrest for 4.8is Sport Seats!

A couple months back I bought an Invision DVD setup and after installing them, I wasn't 100% happy with the leather match. Turns out that since I have a 4.8is with the Alcantara cloth inserts, my headrests and leather were completely different from everyone else's x5s with the comfort or standard seats.

Although I wasn't completely happy with the results, I kinda must mulled along and didn't ask for any assistance from Lawrence. Let me tell you guys something. If you have an issue with your setup, CALL Lawrence right away and he will take care of you. I have to thank JSears for forwarding my PM's to Lawrence. Since we have practically the same cars, I wanted to see how his headrests matched his seats. He was telling me Lawrence was reshipping him the correct leathermactched set.

When Lawrence found out I was having the same issue, he immediately had the factory make me up a new set just like JSears and had them out to my door. Needless to say, after I swapped out my DVD units to the new headrests, the leather/size/shape of the sport headrest matched my factory leather texture/feel completely!.

I'm excited to say that paying a little bit more from an authorized dealer was with worth it to saving a few bucks off of whoever on eBay.

Pics up this evening with the wifey brings the X5 home from work. She even noticed it was a better match and fit!

Thanks Lawrence!

It's great when a vendor stands by their product and backs it with true customer service.

Glad I could help! I probably sell the Invision product more than Law does!

Yep, I have searched high and low for somebody who has comfort seats like mine and I cannot find that leather trim anywhere!

How about some pics of the new set up!?!
