Folks, this light came on today, and I have plans to go to New Hampshire this weekend (2000 miles, round trip). Looking at the outboard pads through the wheels, I have a good 3/16", almost a 1/4" on all four corners. Of course, I can't see in the inboard pads, but a month ago, when I had it all apart for a tire rotation, there was no inconsistent wear between inboard and outboard pads.
I think doing the brakes next week will be just fine - I just wanted some reassurance before I head out on this trek.
