20" wheel questions

Hey all, I've been looking at a set of 20s from euro wheels pro and had a few questions

1) Is going staggered worth it? I've been reading more and more posts about the X shaking when people went from 17 to 20 (more so when the wheels are staggered)

2) What tires would you recommend to use? What size? I'm looking to get all season tires (probably from tirerack unless better suggestions are made)

3) Has anybody used the reps from eurowheelspro.com? Would you recommend or not?

Thanks for the help!

1. going staggered is worth it. looks and handles alot better than 17 or 18s.
2. I just got a new set of Toyo Proxes ST II . I am very happy with their performance so far, and they are all seasons. They are well-priced too.
3. never used them..hopefully other members will chime in.

goodluck!

1. I dropped my stag setup and went with 295/40/20 all around. I thought I would miss the stout look, but it's really not that noticable with the 295's on. Drives well (after I had the re-balanced).
2. Toyo Proxy II's, 10k in and no complaints best price for quality IMO. Just make sure you get them properly balanced.
3. I have replica style 215's from eurotech. No complaints, if any a but heavy but that's replicas for you.

I go 285/40/20 all the way around. Works great. You shouldn't have any problems. I wouldn't go below 275/40/20 on the tire size though.

I like the way staggered looks but have read some stories where folks are having issues - I don't know if its just a poor balancing job but I'm still curious what other people have to say..

So has nobody used the wheels from eurowheelspro?

I went with the reps from wheelsandcaps because they were the oem size 20x10/11. I used hub rings for my e53. Love the staggered look. I put Vreds Ultra Sessanta 275fr/315r. I have no ride probs and i'm very happy with my setup. Vreds are summer tire though so no good in the winter. Then again I'm the X owner who wont drive the X in the snow.

Thanks for everybody's help - What other places have people purchased reps from? I'm really interested in the 20" Y Spoke (Style 214)

i purchased my reps from lakeshore wheel and tire. they were a ridiculous hassel. From the time i sent them money, until i had the rims in my possesion it took almost a month. I mean i paid 375 for my 20" style 168s so i really couldn't be that upset.

$375 for the set? That would be an amazing deal, maybe even worth the hassle - how is the quality of the wheels?
