Smoked Tail Lights installed black 4.6
Installed the smoked taillights from zonkspeed that others have purchased and thought I would share. Looks good, but the right light doesn't get bright when you press the brake and the back up lights don't work. I also have the solaris silver bulbs on order from bimmian, but couldn't wait to see how these lights would look.








This pic shows the LED tail on the left and the stock tail on the right.

OK, fixed reverse lights. Sitting, looking at some threads to fix my issues and it dawns on me. Was there a bulb in the reverse light location. Hate to admit it, but it was empty. So note to anyone putting the zonkspeed tails. All bulbs are installed except the reverse bulbs.

Time to switch out the back up light harness you may have
hook up wrong socket to rear fog light harness
btw it look good

What about the 3rd brake light? Anybody seen a clear or smoked version of this?

you can def get a clear version.. my 04 4.4 came stock with that...

not sure about smoked though
