Can't see clearly on the interior pic but I think the seats are a mix of leather and cloth. I have seen that before on 4.8is with LeMans blue trim.

Sorry fellas, but weather is just not co-operating for proper clearer pictures. Yes, seats do have a mixture of leather and cloth inserts. As being a long time member on another BMW forum I was able to obtain some additional info on this X5, something that dealer wasn't able or willing to do for me, but hey ... :
