Window Regulator Same part both sides?

Is the same window regulator used on both the front left and right sides (2002)? Is it the same part at the dealer?

I ordered a left rear one but they gave me a front left. I don't need the front left but my front right is about to go out so I was wondering if I could use it there vs. returning the part. I couldn't;t find this answer in prev. threads.
