You don't mention your year model. Take a look at the following anyway for an idea of colour names. Exterior colour code plate is located under the hood on top of the headlight assembly (passenger's side).
Interior trim, sorry I'm not too sure. Maybe lift the back seat out (very easy to do) and check out factory installed info patches. GL
