Okay guys need honest opinions on 05 4.8is

Hey guys! Im looking at a CPO black 05 4.8is with almost 40k miles. Its a CPO car. From what I can tell I think it has everything excepted heated stearing wheel. Rims have some curb rash. The car looks like it was well maintained and has all the paper work to back it up. They said that they would give it to me for 33300 and they would clean up the curb rash. They also want 2200 for maintenance package. Do you guys think it worth it? Scared of the maintenance on the car. Please out me know ur thoughts. Black it my last choice but it does look nice. The only reason I never wanted black is black in chicago winters suck and it doesnt hides all the body lines and body skirts. I might jump on it tonight if I get the okay from you guys
