looking at E46 M3 wheels for winter use
I know - it sounds a bit crazy... But I found two decent sets of E46 M3 18" OEM wheels for $500 each locally. In looking at the specs, the front wheel is a 18x8" with 47mm offset. Which seems perfect for an X5, eh?
I am thinking of pairing these up with Blizzak LM25 performance winter tires now on close-out at TireRack for $169 each. I am thinking if I can sell the 4 rears for $150 each on eBay for $125-$150 each I can get the set of 4 front OEM M3 wheels for $400-$500 total, which is better than the cheapest set of aftermarket wheels from the TR and have to be better looking and stronger too. any thoughts?
