Head light issues

I have one head light that is not coming "up". Does anyone know of anything that I should check? This just started happening.

i fix mine it cost 1300$ at the stealer,,one bulb was coming on sometimes and was not leveling,,, thay change the adaptive light control unit part # 61 35 6 934 837
thay charge 6 hours of labour wich i think is fair couse was big job identifying the problem,,. anyway now is fixed after 750$ in labour and 550 in parts,,here in Canada couse in tha states you can get same part that was here 382 plus tax, for 200 bucks i think,,.

cheers
