Driver / Passenger Seat Cushion Swap?

Anyone ever R&R the lower seat cushion? I've got 100k on my '02 & the lower driver's seat is permanently compressed. The passenger side sits much better. Looking at the lower cushions, they appear to be the same for left & right sides & I'm thinking of swapping them.

1) can anyone confirm that they are the same p/n left & right?

2) has anyone pulled the lower cushion? I haven't pulled the seat yet but after looking pretty closely its unclear how the cushion is fastened to the seat frame.

Thanks.

Yes it's the same . I have done seats swapping on my X5 .( took out the regular standard cushions and installed the new ///M3 seats cushions onto the X5 seat frames) It not that hard
Once you have the seats out of the car you need to remove all trims around the cushion you will see all the bolts .
NOTE: Make sure you disconnect the NEG. terminal from the battery so you don't set off the air bag light.

I really, really want to do this. My passenger side seat looks brand new but the drivers side cushion looks all worn out
