Does Anyone Know if These Will Fit My E53?

Does anybody know if these wheels will fit on my X? The seller says they will and he has them in 20x10 which is what I need for my winter setup but I'm not sure about the offset.

Mmm... well this auction was actually for the 20x9s. And the X is a truck, no?

Not exactly a "truck"; the seller says it will not fit AWD cars, eg
the 3 & 5 series awd cars and the Xs.

Yeah, not exactly the best to go wide in the winter...they'll just turn into wide ski's.

Per any true 4x4er:

Wide for Mud

Thin for Snow

Those are the rules

the 10" wide is too much for the front.

Not true. I rode 10" wide tires thru the winter last winter season...

http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-related-...now-tires.html

My X handled like it was on rails thru the snow... Well... with the studded snow tires of course, lol. But I wasnt really asking IF I should run a 10" wide tire thru the winter. I asked because I need a set of non-chrome rims for the winter b/c the salt eats the chrome up.

And I guess my question posed to you guys is unfair because the wheel I was offered and the wheel that is advertised are different. One is 9" wide and the other is 10". I would imagine the offset is different and would almost certainly make a difference in fitment.

So what you are really after is a pair of big, wide wheels, but non-chrome
for the winter...makes sense. Brooklyn and environs isn't known for major
snows or long winters. You might have posted your intent in the OP.

The orig wheels, per the seller, still may not "fit"...
