Question headlights again...

So about a 1-1/2 years ago I bought a set of AE headlights from customangeleyes.com costing $1450. Last week the bulb burned out and of course nobody has the H7 HID bulb the "kit" came with here in town. They also wanted me to "glue in" the bulbs. Well that is now satisfactory for me! Couple questions here:

1) What bulb is supposed to go into this projector? See link:

2) The factory calls for a D2S bulb. I found these adapters to plug into a factory D2S bulb and the ballasts that came with the AE lights but how to do hold the D2S bulb into this projector (linked above). If you could find the holder on eBay that would be great or even a good picture of one.

Hope this makes sense. I just want this stuff to be right, and parts of this it seemed pretty cheap.
