pull the door card off of the rear door on that side. Check to see that the bottom drains in the door are not clogged. Also make sure that the insulation piece that covers the inside of the door under the actual interior card isn't cut and is firmly attached to the door. I bought mine and a week later mine had water in the back floor.
I pulled the door card and discovered that the stereo installer had cut the insulation and it was angled into the interior of the door. It caught water that came down the window and brought it into the car instead of draining through the bottom of the door.
The drains are simply slits where the two metal pieces of the door are put together at the base. It drains onto the side skirt area when working correctly.

I had the same problem caused by the doors leaking . behind the door card is a grey foam rubber membrane stuck to the door with bituthene . I tried a couple attempts to fix but ended up sealing bottom of door card with silicone sealant then drilling small hole to which I stuck 1 inch long plastic tubes taken from a soap dispenser, these pipes close against the frame seal to allow water to drain .
although all this may seem half assed and crazy , it is the only way I stopped the car flooding after dealers 2 attempts and my 2 attempts at fixing the membrane .
my fix is the quickest and easiest guaranteed fix .
having said all that , it could still be the sunroof drains , some vaseline around the seals is a temporary fix for that .

ok devinwwu replied whilst I was typing , the drains can`t cope with heavy rain , hence the problem , hence the reason I fitted additional drains .

I had the same problem. It was the vapor barrier.
