Fix-a-ticket for Smoked Tails...

I got pulled over this afternoon and received a f.a.t. for my smoked tails. It's not even full limo shade. Cali. Highway Patrol said that it's for safety reasons... he couldn't see my brake lights. I wasn't even braking since I was on the freeway. I asked him out of curiousity where in the books says that. He couldn't answer. Probably is though. Anyways, I didn't wanna be a smart ass and probably get cited on other things.

Question: How the heck do I remove this VHT night shades? I researched and searched but no straight answer. Has anyone in the Xoupost get similar ticket(s)?
