No heat coming from front dash vents - Please help to fix

Hello everyone, having a issue with my car where no heat is coming out of the front air vents. Everything else works with my climate control. I also know of the cold/hot knob to turn. I have it on 3 red dots and nothing. Only cold air blowing through. What do I need to do in order to fix this problem. Your help is greatly appreciated. We had our first stink of cold weather come through the Northwest. Last night got down to 6 degrees. I was freezing in my car till the other vents warmed up the car. BRRRRRRRRR!
