) and noticed their was a hose comming through the fire wall right in between the two heater hoses that was not conntcted to anything. It is like a 5/16" hose with a reducer of some sort in a braided fabric cover hanging off the end of it. Does anyone know what this is supposed to be conected to?

That I think is the ridig plastic pipe with the hook bend comming from the bottom of the truck, this is a flexable hose comming out of the fire wall right in between the heater hoses. does this hose hook up to the trans vent somehow?

Had the car in the shop and the mechanic hooked a vaccum line up to the hose from the firewall. Now I hear air noise in the car,it must not be hooked up to anything under the dash I was not able to find anything on this hose this week so once again does anyone know what this hose is for? It is going back to day.

The vaccum line went to the cabin temp. sensor, it uses vaccum to draw air from the cabin over the sensor. Hooked up the line and got alot of air noise in the car, ordered a new one $38.00.
