And this fits the X5?

Is the wiring for the radio and cruise difficult? or is it the same as the dash - just a few plugs?

plug and play. Actually, looking at the time stamps for my pictures it took me less than 10mins and that included disconnecting the battery.

I'm selling my old wheel if anyone is interested. My 2001 X5 has 49,500 miles on it, as does this wheel. It's in great condition!

enjoy, installed mine a while ago. i love the feeling of new leather. only thing that is annoying is that the top of speedo can be blocked a bit because the wheel is so fat.

It was bad with the sport wheel, this wheel is worse on that. I'm 6'1 and sit in a proper driving position. I have to "gangster" lean to see the whole cluster, which i refuse to do. I find myself forgetting to blip the highs off because I cant see the blue indicator.
