I have a 3.0i 2003 facelift....she's currently getting 22 mpg on a mixture of rural roads, mtorways and town. Apparently that's pretty good....I don't think I'll get a lot better than that. UK speed limits on rural roads is generally 60 mph motorways 70 mph and I generally drive at the speed limit......

Its ok for you guys over the pond ,MPG shouldnt worry you !! what does it cost you for a litre of fuel. Over here in the uk its £1.19 per litre which must be about 2 USD

I assume you mean mpg UK which in such a case would make around 16.6mpg US which is in the correct range for the 3.0 for mix driving.

I'd love to see you trying to explain that to a cop that just pulled you over! Btw, we have hwy 101.... You could have a problem with this one as well!
