Lower dipstick o-ring seal 4.4 4.6

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone replaced the lower dipstick seal? Or had any success removing the dipstick altogether?

Oil separator went bad and just got done replacing it but I think it blew this seal when the pressure built up in the crankcase.
