Steering Wheel Adjustment Issue

I just recently found out I had this issue just a few minutes ago when I got home. The lever which controls the steering wheel adjustment from in and out, and up and down. The in and out works but when I try to adjust the steering wheel up and down, it doesn't move at all.

Might anyone know what the issue is?

Nvm. I got it working again. I just help the leverage down and I kept pushing the steering wheel down and it magically unstuck itself.
