removing rear trim

Due to the rain overnight here in San Antonio, I have a clearer picture where the water is coming in on my X5. It is basically sopping wet wet where the passenger (US) side trim around the rear hatch meets the head liner. The water is running down the inside of this trim piece and out around the rear fuses.

I need to pop this trim and look under the head liner. I only see one screw on this trim piece in the middle. Is there a trick to removing it?

I will repost photos of what I find for FYI.
