What is the Minimum consumption value???

I changed the oil in my 06 3.0 today. I had one yellow bar and one red bar in the oil service interval display. I tired to reset the light according to the how to and it would not reset. It would not flash so I am wondering what exactly does minimum consumption value mean.

P.S. The message indicator also displayed "SIA -332".

Thanks in advance!!!

Minimum Consumption is a set number of litres that must be consumed by the engine in between attempts to reset the display.

Thank you very much. I will drive a few days then attempt to reset.

I was surprised just because the red bar had lit up on the display.

I believe it showed minimum consumption value because of two separate back to back attempts, not related to the red bar.
