Does anyone have the BSW Subwoofer or JL Audio Stealthbox installed in their X5?
I'm thinking about upgrading my stereo and read several threads about the subwoofer options, but no one has compared the two easiest choices to upgrade the bass in an X5. The JL Stealthbox vs The BSW Sub+Amp upgrade.
Any opinions out there and does anybody in San Diego have either option? |

I installed the BSW sub a few months ago and it makes a huge difference. Easy installation, great sound, best upgrade I have done so far. I considered the stealthbox but it is too expensive.

I just installed the JL stealth box with a JL 500v/1 amp and I can tell you the sub POUNDS!!! I have read so much uncertanty about this sub on the FORUM and I am here to set it straight.
YES the sub has lots uf bass high and low....Dont worry about it coming up short....and it was not that much more than BSW....Found one cheap on a on line store on EBAY 500 cdn shipped. If the BSW sub is anything like the stage 1 BSW kit it is only slightly better than factory |
