HID Foglights / ABS, BRAKE, DSC, flashers and no cruise control

So, I got a set of 5000K HIDs for my fog lights (Xentec brand). Installed like a champ, no problems - plug and play.

Then, I turn them on... ABS light comes on, flashers start flashing, BRAKE light comes on, DSC activates and cruise control will NOT activate.

But, if I turn the car off for roughly 1 minute and restart the engine and turn the lights back on - no problems. Nothing lights up and cruise works fine.

Like it only happens when the HIDs do their initial 'flicker' when they turn on but once the lights are warmed up - they work fine.

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and a solution.....?
