Any ideas for me

I am having troubles removing the front wheel hub on my e53 I have tried hammering on it and not getting any where any help would be appreciated.

wd40 and a lot of hammering. the back of the hub is covered by a dust shield but not entirely. you can hammer the small portion that is not covered. I used one of those plastic hammer that have sand inside.

Little tip for anyone wanting to replace your wheel bearings!! Yeah for anyone wanting to replace your wheel bearings DONT try and seperate the hub just follow the DIY on replacing your cv boot then when you have your hub assembly seperate from your control arm and steering arm have someone press out the hub and old bearing.

I noticed my cv boot was damaged so it gave me a good excuse to remove everything and take apart my cv knuckle.

Once you get it off put anti-seize lubricant on the face of the hub.
