Noise from front wheel well
I have a noise that comes from the wheel well, it is very irregular it feels like the front tires are scraping could it be from my tire swap from the stock sport PKG 19's to the Stock 18" Rims that i put on for the winter, could it be scraping due to the taller tire?

2002 4.4 Sport PKG.
Unless you've lowered your suspension, that wheel well has plenty of clearance. Is it a definite scraping sound or a thump? When does it usually occur?

How many miles on there? Sounds like a bad strut/sway bar link to me, common problem.

is the wheel mounted flat to the hub? if its not then you will get weird thumping noises...

Yes it is connected directly to the hub

It very well might be your links, part #7 here. . A set will run about $60 at the dealer and there's a DIY here for replacing them.
