Clunk noise from idle to start

Lately, I been noticing a single clunk noise whenever I gas from idle.
I couldnt tell if its from the transmission or suspension or what-.-?
However, if I gas slowly, I dont notice the clunk......

This is scary, hope is nothing expensive.
BTW its a 2001, 3.0L model.

Waaa.........sounds expensive? You know how much it usually cost to repair? thx

the bushings are about 35 each and there are 4. probably 4 hour labor.
