if it's uneven you'll probably you'll need to take it into the dealer to have it re-programmed.
If you want to lower the ride to a different setting you can buy new rear endlinks. I would try to load up the rear with something heavy to see if that triggers it to level it out. It's worth a shot vs a dealer trip.
