OK, I found a description on the us site of bmw:

The striking Aerodynamic Kit enhances the X5`s appearance.

- Satz Seitenschweller -> it´s the kit between the wheels on both sides of the car
- Satz Radhausverkleidung Hinten -> it´s the kit over the rear wheels
- Heckschürze mit PDC (Park-Distance-Control) -> rearspoiler (with parking-control)
- Satz Radhausverkleidung Vorne -> it´s the kit over the front wheels
- Frontschürze mit PDC -> Front Spoiler (with parking-control)
- Frontschürze mit oder ohne SRA (Scheinwerfer-Reinigungs-Anlage) -> Front Spoiler (with light-cleaning or without)
